Job Description:

• Officials are responsible for managing their games from start to finish
• May include setup and breakdown before and after games
• Enforcement of league rules and regulations
• Identifying and resolving safety issues

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to control a large group of people
• Knowledge of sports rules
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to remain calm and rational in emotionally charged situations while being able to make decisive and firm rulings

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience refereeing and/or playing sports
• Referee or umpire certification
• Ability to work for an entire season
• First Aid/CPR training
