Job Description: 

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy In-House Marketing Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in promoting our brand, growing our audience, and driving new customer acquisition through innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is autonomous, proactive, and passionate about marketing in the sports and social industry. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and execute advertising and promotional campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
  • Manage all aspects of traditional and digital marketing, including social media.
  • Oversee graphic design needs, ensuring consistency in branding and visual communication.
  • Develop and maintain the club's branding, ensuring alignment across all channels.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Plan and execute communication strategies to engage both current and potential members.
  • Coordinate and execute photo shot lists to capture high-quality content for marketing use.
  • Work seamlessly with the content creation team to produce engaging and relevant material.
  • Create, design, and distribute a weekly newsletter to keep members informed and engaged.
  • Manage and schedule weekly posts on social media platforms including TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Ensure daily story updates on all social media platforms to keep content fresh and engaging.
  • Serve as the lead for the marketing internship program
  • Stay updated on marketing trends and emerging platforms to enhance outreach and engagement.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred but not required with relevant experience).
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of branding and marketing analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using social media scheduling tools and email marketing platforms.
  • Possess a strong passion for sports and social engagement
